FULL DESIGN SERVICE

We take care of your project from beginning to end. This is an all-inclusive service, from initial meeting to completion. This includes concept development, concept project presentation, interior specifications (furniture/decor if required), full drawing package (permit packages if required), trade consultation and project management/client meetings.

 

Once we’ve met and gained a detailed understanding of your project, the proposal will be tailored to your project needs whether that be construction or décor.

 

Every project is unique and the level of design varies. Please expect the design fees to be 5 -15% of your overall project budget.

We can provide you with some or all of the services you desire in an hourly design agreement, created from your scope and tailored as per your requests. Once we understand your scope, we can work with you to choose from the services above and tailor them to your needs.

 

Please expect the design fees to be 5-15%. (Scope & agreement dependant)

VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN SPECIFICATION PACKAGES

We can provide you with a complete sourcing and specification package for a new build, or renovation, virtually. If you’re starting a project and are limited with local resources and design professionals, this package is for you. We will work with your style and source everything from plumbing fixtures and flooring, to tile and grout, which will provide you with a sense of ease throughout the design and construction process, and will provide you will access to a larger variety of options.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

This is the initial meeting to generate ideas for your future project, gather information, and start the project. This is time towards your project that will be compensated back to you upon signing hours with Alex Dampsey Design. We will get the project started and will be off to the races!
